About IoTAA

Internet of Things Alliance Australia (IoTAA) is the peak industry body for the Internet of Things industry in Australia. A vibrant community committed to IoT for good, IoTAA members work at the bleeding edge of technologies that have a positive effect on lives, the environment and the economy.

The role

IoTAA is recruiting a Member Services Manager to grow the membership and increase engagement. This is a part time offsite role that offers flexibility for the right applicant. Reporting to the CEO, the Member Services Manager provides support to IoTAA’s Executive Council, Workstream Chairs and members.

Consistent with IoTAA’s strategic focus and operating plan, the Member Services Manager will evaluate and manage IoTAA’s existing service offering. Developing and implementing the member services plan to expand membership, retain existing members and increase satisfaction are key aspects of this critical role as are designing and administering new member programs, keeping the database up-to-date and fit-for-purpose, managing relevant reporting and collaborating with and supporting stakeholders.
