Australia’s peak IoT industry body, the IoT Alliance Australia (IoTAA), will hold a “State of the Nation” event next week on July 31.
The event will be at KPMG’s Sydney office and is billed as a chance to hear about “key trends, challenges and opportunities facing adoption of IoT across the Australian economy and society.”
Attendees will see a panel discussion about IoTAA smart industries work streams, which cover issues relating to energy, water, cities, health, transport, manufacturing, and food and agribusiness.
They’ll also hear from the newly appointed Chairman of the IoTAA’s Executive Council, KPMG’s Piers Hogarth-Scott, and the organisation’s CEO Frank Zeichner.
Tickets to the event cost $75 for IoTAA members and $150 for non-members (plus a ticket handling fee).
