Local design and manufacturing expertise can be critical in the success of Internet of Things (IoT) projects. Which is why an upcoming December 2 webinar, IoT Manufacture in Australia – the how and why, might be of interest to some of our readers.
The companies behind the webinar include Entech Electronics, an Adelaide manufacturer that creates IoT devices for medical, mining, aerospace, agriculture and communications customers, among others. It has facilities in China and Australia, which proved valuable during COVID-19 lockdowns.
Other participants are Australian electronics design and embedded software development consultancy Successful Endeavours, global positioning and wireless communication technology company u-Blox, and global IoT connectivity software company Wirepas.
The webinar will be MC’d by Darren Hungerford, Manufacturing Sector Stream Chair, IoT Alliance Australia.
Topics on the webinar agenda include planning, design and development challenges for IoT projects in Australian and New Zealand and how alliances might help. Viewers are also promised an insight into the IoT device manufacturing landscape here and overseas. And they can learn about how to best navigate the development process.
Viewers will also be able to ask questions.
Register here to take part in the webinar, which will take place on December 2, 2020, from 1pm-2.45pm AEDT.
